The Bible, Adam & Eve (Genesis): "Be Fruitful & Multiply"

"27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth..... 31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good."  (Source KJV Genesis)

1. It is important to note that God created Adam & Eve and commanded them to be "fruitful and multiply" as His very first Commandment to them. This Commandment has never been revoked. 

2. Also note that God created them Male and Female and assigned each half of the powers of the creative process. Without a male and a female, man is denied the very powers of creation.

3. Be fruitful and multiply does not assign a specific number to each couple. I believe that the right number of children comes to a married couple through prayer and careful consideration of the mother's capacity to physically & mentally bear children and raise them. 

4. In my own experience I believe God wants us to sacrifice ourselves and not let superficial concerns stand in the way of us having offspring. Unfortunately, our desire to live a long life immersed in the culture of youth, can stand in the way of the sacrifice necessary to properly raise a family.

5. One of the great lies of our time is that God has not provided enough resources to permit the growth of the human family. This lie is propagated by Satan and his minions to impede God's plans for the growth of the human race.

6. Eugenics, which is a result of Social Darwinism, is the belief that only those that have the right genetic traits are worthy of having offspring. 

7. Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, was this century's biggest advocate of Eugenics. She regularly corresponded with Hitler and helped him develop his country's Eugenics agenda. An agenda that resulted in the deaths of millions of people.

"[We should] apply a stern and rigid policy of sterilization and segregation to that grade of population whose progeny is tainted, or whose inheritance is such that objectionable traits may be transmitted to offspring."

"Article 1. The purpose of the American Baby Code shall be to provide for a better distribution of babies… and to protect society against the propagation and increase of the unfit.
Article 4. No woman shall have the legal right to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father, without a permit…

Article 6. No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth. "

Give dysgenic groups [people with “bad genes”] in our population their choice of segregation or [compulsory] sterilization.

 Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race.  (Source)
